Option 1: Get a Transcript / Training Record

Since the 1st of January 2015 all non-exempt nationally recognised training conducted by a Registered Training Organisation has been recorded against your Unique Student Identified (USI) number.

Transcripts / Training Records can be downloaded at any time free of charge from the Australian Government website https://www.usi.gov.au/ this system can generate a full or partial transcript of past training and act as verification of past training where required.

Production of a transcript / training record is generally considered appropriate evidence of education in lieu of a printed certificate. More information can be obtained at https://www.usi.gov.au/students/training-records-and-transcript.

Please note that this is an Australian Government website and Parasol are unable to provide any technical support in its use.

Option 2: Get a copy of a certificate

In most cases a transcript / training record will be considered sufficient evidence to prove certification or prior learning. If a transcript is not deemed sufficient please see the options below.

If you have completed training with Parasol EMT in the last 24 months your certificate would have been emailed to the email address used to complete registration. If you are unable to locate a copy of the certificate please complete the below form.
Due to the administrative work required to retrieve and generate old certificates we recommend past customers utilise the Transcript / Training record system above. If this is not possible or your certification predates the 1st of January 2015 USI system Parasol EMT is able to re-generate old certificates subject to a $25 administrative charge.
